Please join the Diabetes and Outreach Department Thursday, May 31,2018 from 12-1 pm at Pit River Health Service for this Healthy Hearts Walk. Following the walk there will be healthy snacks available, blood pressure screenings, and heart health information. Also the first 25 participants to sign in will receive a free gift! Please show up 15 minutes early to sign in and wear red weather appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes.
